GoodSpine pillows were designed by a chiropractor with over twenty years of clinical practice. You measure the distance from the base of your neck to the tip of your shoulder, and the pillow is built to that number.
The Ideal Pillow Measurement System (IPMS) turns a guess into a fit. Most pillows come in one height for everyone; the GS11 comes in six, and you assemble the one that matches your body.
Stand straight and measure from the base of your neck to the tip of your shoulder with a ruler or tape. That distance is what your head needs to be supported when you lie on your side.
The measurement maps to one of six levels. Broader shoulders need a taller pillow; narrower shoulders need a lower one. Side and back sleepers use the two different sides of the same pillow.
The GS11 comes with removable layers. Set it to your level once and the pillow keeps your neck aligned with the rest of your spine all night, on either side.
